Let's get sassy,first get a nice white small scarf and wrap it around your neck.
Have a dress jacket and button/zip it up.Get some long black gloves that go to your elbow and nice black sassy knee high buckle boots.Optional:Curl your hair so the tips are pointing at you

Get a nice pink or rose coloured dress of any pattern(that isn't plain).
Put a red hair band on.Get some white knee high socks and cute high heels
Make sure to put on some bracelets and a bead necklace.
